操作方式是这样的 外层使用的CoordinatorLayout布局 CoordinatorLayout设置为粘性,上滑的时候头部隐藏,TabLayout粘在屏幕顶部,下面是个recyclerview,recyclerview外面套上的这个SpringView,然后向上滑动recyclerview,首先会隐藏ToolBar,一直滑动到底,再继续滑动出现Footer,然后不松手再向下滑动,recyclerview不会滑动了,出现如下图所示的问题
