Hi! I have another question about combining different data sources into one database. I was wondering what the command might be if one would like to create a Yak database using both an assembly fasta file and paired-end short read fastqs. I know this is a rather unusual request, but I was wondering if this is something that would be possible with Yak, and which setting sone should use in this case, or how can one combine Yak databases after counting each separately.
