Need help in running schedules

Hi, I am trying to run a cron based rule below in the rule json

so the expectation is there would be a message on MQTT topic every 1 min ?

what I am missing, can you please point ?

If you need to control the output frequency based on time interval, you can use tumbling window.

Not sure how can I utilize tumbling window, example use case is I want to push CPU metrics every 1 min, so the approach in my mind is :

1. Create a dummy stream
2. Create a rule that runs every 1 Mins using cron expression, which eventually calls an function to get the desired metrics and then push result from that functions.

So for this I try to create above rule. (function code is yet to be integrated).
