<h2>Page Through Entry List</h2>
<p>
Entry Lists can number in the hundreds of thousands. While it's best to narrow with a query, a user
still may want to page through a longer query result. CTS2 provides pagination control via URL links
to previous and next page batches. Below we can page through the NCI Thesaurus entry list of entities.

An event listener is created on the "Next" button, where upon click there is a REST call to pick up and display the
next set of entities by replacing the html in the "show_hide" div. Global URL variables are set or reset for the next and
previous set of entries at this time.

The function for getting the previous entity set is a mirror of the next function but cued to the "Prev" button and the
"previousURL".
