Plugin should require at least Craft CMS 3.7.29

Hi there, just a little heads up!
craft\helpers\App::parseEnv()-method was added in Craft 3.7.29 so earlier versions of Craft using this plugin will break with error Call to undefined method craft\helpers\App::parseEnv().
Consider adding a requirement for 3.7.29 or newer in composer.json, even though I assume the amount of people using that old craft versions isn't many..
