Version 3 released!

This version comes with new scheduling options for times you want to schedule an event based on some data in an entity state change.
It also ships with new sun based automations. For example, turning on a light 15 minutes before sunrise.

The Test harness also now supports the system monitor.

Breaking Change:
The IRegistryInterface has changed. To update your registries, add this snippet:

    public void Register(IRegistrar reg)
    {
        reg.RegisterMultiple(Register());
        reg.RegisterMultiple(RegisterContitionals());
    }

This effectively calls the methods you already have from an earlier version and wires them into the new version.
