Add some radio input to the plugin, which allows us rearange of the panel overlay

Hi,

sometimes it can be hard to debug a page item, if the overlay is in there way (occupies the same coordinates and space). So it maybe a good idea to add some radio inputs to the options panel for...

• left top / bottom
• right top / bottom

...so the panel used that information to change there render location.
