macOS-only crash to desktop with only AEP in playset

Users on mac reporting crash to desktop at CK3 startup when using AEP.

Adding first report from user I requested to disable all DLCs and secure playset only includes AEP to check issue.

Doing incremental tests with Mac user on the problem.

Identified problems:

• Leftover files from no-longer-maintained More Buildings mod, likely put/left in AEP by accident.
• Related to Clothing problems as of 1.13 Basileus #14, outdated meshes and shaders from inherited assets from Shogunate and others, according to my research Mac version is more sensitive to these and may CTD. Unlike Clothing problems as of 1.13 Basileus #14 this is not just clothing assets so will require a more extensive review.
• Mac's not being case-sensitive (by default?) may be influencing this, to be determined.
