I get the following error running net_gearman via Xampp on Windows

Notice: Use of undefined constant SOCKET_EAGAIN - assumed 'SOCKET_EAGAIN' in C:\xampp\php\pear\Net\Gearman\Connection.php on line 211

How to define the constant?
