How do I disable the markdown preview? #1509

Whenever I save a markdown file:

lem splits the frame and tries to show me a preview in another window;
the preview doesn't show me anything and the window is empty.

How can I disable this behavior?

Thanks for the report.
This was not the behavior I was expecting, so I've made a fix.
