toluaL_ref处理疑似bug #40

根据toluaL_ref的实现https://github.com/topameng/tolua_runtime/blob/master/tolua.c#L1469-L1492，数据仍然是存在_R中的，_R[5]位置只是存了一个反向索引，这里似乎认为数据也存在_R[5]中了
