Was working on Mojave, updated to Ventura and now issues/ DAW freezing at "Starting MIDI Engine"

Hello. I had this working under Mojave, after updating to Ventura, I noticed that my 2 MidiSports were lit up, lights pulsing. But, they were not recognized by my daw.

I removed the midisport.plugin from the drivers folder, and ran through the install again.

Now, my DAW, presonus studio one pro 6, is freezing at the "starting midi engine" process.

Did I add duplicate files somewhere maybe? trying to fix this.

Would be nice to get the midisports working, but at this point I'd really like to fix the software not opening.

Also, before this happened I was opening up the Audio Midi App on mac, and when I went to view the "midi settings" that app also froze.
