When you're in spectator mode talking to another spectator, their voice effects will adopt whatever the current room is
Example:
Player X is in a room with a lot of echo
Player Y & Z are dead, and both spectating player X
Player Y talks to Player Z, and Player Z hears an echo on Player Y's voice
this might be a base game bug but I'm not sure. requires more testing
