mapping languages attributed to schools

From the input of the data (from citizen science or open street map) we need to parse the data to the readable type (data can be not so clean with a lot of missing values).
Then we want to reconstruct possibly missing values: in particular, languages.

The idea: point on a map -> map languages, which can be spoken in that point.
