Create, view and edit component

A component is a WordPress object referring to a Weblate component hosted on a Weblate instance.

See #3 for managing components.

A registered Weblate component is composed of:

• an instance: the instance this component is part of (drop-down list)
• a project: the project this component is part of (drop-down list)
• a component name: the name to be used inside WordPress (prefilled with the name of the Weblate component)
• the Weblate component slug: refer to the Weblate component's slug for internal used only
