Encountered with an error while setting up Studio

This is the error I am facing when tried to do setup of this Studio and I am trying for a long time to solve this but unable to do the final operation.
Can you please help me out with this?

Can you try creating a virtual environment and do the setup again as described in -- https://github.com/learningequality/studio/blob/unstable/docs/local_dev_docker.md. I have fixed it but now have a problem. Whenever trying to go to http:localhost:8080/accounts/login (as instructed in the docs) I instead get redirected to
http:locahost:8080/en/accounts

The redirection is the expected behavior. So, it's all good.

I am facing some problem in issue #4418 , I formatted the string but after that I didn't understand about testing. Where would the test programs are written and I have to make some function in that testing file (as mentioned by @bjester) , StorageSettingsView , is this file already existing in the code base itself or this is a testing function that I need to make to test about the email.
And the functions and variables are codebase specific so can you please help me out?

https://github.com/learningequality/studio/tree/aa92a57ecb6bec5956380b920bf60d4f667cba48/contentcuration/contentcuration/tests/views create a new file named test_views_settings and write a unit test that mocks StorageSettingsView's form_valid function and asserts whether the subject is as you would expect it to be.

The above might not be making sense now. So first learn about the below topics and return back here, you will understand what I'm saying --

• unit testing in python.
• mocking in python.
• basics of pytest.
