Manage title truncation across side panel workflows

Overview

As part of our iterative updates to the side panel navigation, we are going to truncate the titles at the top of the side panel, across lessons AND quizzes.

The title should:

• Not wrap to the next line
• Not collide with any other buttons, such as the X, and leave sufficient padding
• Be properly mobile responsive, and display fewer characters, as appropriate to fit following the same pattern, on small and xsmall screens

Thanks for the info , yes have went through it and exploring the codebase more , I look forward to contributing in the backend of the repo.
