Observed behavior

In Kolibri 0.18 alpha1 the Create a class and enroll learners link is missing when there are no created classes and I attempt to navigate to any of the Coach pages.

Here's how this looks in the official Kolibri 0.17.5:

Expected behavior

Unless otherwise specified somewhere, we should bring the link back.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Install the Kolibri 0.18 alpha1 build
  2. Navigate to Coach > Class home or any of the other Coach pages
