Class > Quizzes - Export as CSV - The 'Assigned to' values are always 'Both individual learners and groups'

Observed behavior

In Class > Quizzes when I export the csv in the 'Assigned to' column I see Both individual learners and groups while the correct values should correspond to the actual recipients:

Expected behavior

The correct values should correspond to the actual recipients of the quiz

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Install the official Kolibri 0.17.4 or the 0.18 alpha build
2. Import the QA channel (nakav-mafak) and create quizzes assigned to different recipients
3. Go to Class > Quizzes and export the CSV file
4. Observe the values in the 'Assigned to' column
