异常信息格式 #205

目前异常包含 Request 信息，包括其中的 request body。

abo 在论坛上建议只返回 code 和 error message：https://forum.leancloud.cn/t/php-sdk/22242

js-sdk 目前除了 code 和 error message 外还返回 method 和 url，但不包含 request body。

建议 code 和 message 和 body 并存，各取所需，并且统一各 SDK 的规范。截取字符串的方法我觉得不美丽。
PS. 我就是论坛里的 abo，论坛里两个月没人回复，还是在 github 跟踪这个 feature 吧
