Divido el contenido de index.html en las vistas de listado de clientes y cliente nuevo.
Como no sabemos usar ajax en angular, hardcodear una tabla con algunos clientes desde el controller de listado de clientes.
No utilizar nada de jquery y pasar todo a funciones de angular
