Formatting and mode detection broken

For some reason, when using this mode with PLFA, the induction page demonstrates multiple issues with this mode; polymode cant tell what is agda and what is markdown being the main one. Often times markdown code won't be highlighted (this seems to happen mostly after C-c C-l), and agda commands will work in markdown sections while markdown commands work in agda.
