This ticket is to change

  • the simple annotations __ctrlFlow_template
  • into hierarchical annotations __ctrlFlow(routing="root") and __ctrlFlow(routing="template")

to support the routing logic described at https://github.com/lbl-srg/modelica-buildings-templates/blob/master/docs/guide.md?plain=1#L568-L575.

Intermediary packages between Buildings.Templates and the actual template classes no longer need to be annotated.
