In ibpsa/modelica-ibpsa#1412 new state selection is tested.
This branch is to update solvers in the Buildings library for a better comparison across tools.
Eventually the new solver settings may be merged to the master with or without the new state selection.
The comparison branch is IBPSASync_issue1412_humidifer_u_Cvode_d_T_state.

CVode 1E-6 does not converge in Dymola. For #2353
