It should be possible to specify the tolerance (value and absolute/relative) for the comparison for each (variable, unit test, tool).
Also check if L1-norm in funnel is best suited cf. high order of magnitude for some variables with an absolute tolerance: check the details of https://github.com/modelica-tools/csv-compare.
