Verify email option not working

There is an email verification process in place that is not fully functional yet.

Basically upon registration a user will receive a link to verify their email. A verification email can also be sent by clicking the relevant menu option on the user name/profile picture.

We can then have a filter to only display verified users in the groups. I can also expose this information in the user admin page, where for each user it is clearly indicated if they are verified or not.

I will get this up and running by the 19th April.

If you are all wondering why 19th April is significant, this is the next scheduled meeting with Olaf, which I intend to have all important features implemented.
