Use bold font for headers in .xls file output.

Don't know how to do that. The script is generating a .csv file (plain-text). I'm just applying a converting tool in order to generate back the .xls file. Do you know any tool that might do the job?

Try xlwt. It's what we use in CSpay.

This would involve rewriting the script and abandoning the .csv format. I'll put this issue as a nice to have / TODO when there will be time / if someone does a pull-request it would be wonderful. 😺
