Pages not working #2

I was reading on here https://github.com/FTBTeam/FTB-Utilities/wiki if you install this mod you should be able to access these pages https://i.imgur.com/ccmpVLI.png but when i installed the mod [ i done this on a server with port forwarding] i get this message here

and was wondering if that was a bug or just something that got removed but not from the wiki itself

The answer is in the error message. you don't have permissions. Is this a windows server or Linux ?
Do you have FTB Utilities installed ? Are your ranks and permissions setup and working ?

You should be seeing this.
