Once the user has clicked on the "Ask" button it should be disabled (greyed out) and the text changed to "Working..." to give the user some indication their question has been submitted. Alternatively play an animation of spinning gears/wheels until the answers page is ready to display.

The "Ask" (Submit) button is now disabled and the text changes after the user clicks the button. However, while the CSS/JavaScript works on Chrome, Safari has problems.
