Description

This issue represents an extension of #95 that will be split into four different issues.

  • Create CI (back-end);
  • Create CI (front-end);
  • Create CD (back-end);
  • Create CD (front-end);

This one is the Create CI (back-end)

This issue is dependent on lappis-unb/BotFlowAPI#30 . Thus, first, the PR must be accepted to proceed with the test job of the CI pipeline.
