Request to change menu key

Hello, any chance you could include a config file that allowed us to change the menu key. For example, pressing F1 instead of insert key would open the menu. Thank you.

It just happens that my keyboard doesn't have a dedicated ~ key. Instead I have to use shift + esc which used to work but no longer does. Thank you for the quick reply.
