Is it possible to load already compiled graph with checkpoint?

say I am running an agentic flow with a human-in-the-loop setup.

When the user exits the app and returns to provide feedback,
the compiled graph would not be alive since the app has been restarted.

Is there a way to load the graph with checkpoint to address this issue?

I looked back this question and realized that I just have to use persist memory. I'll close this issue.
