Please explain your request and its importance in the form of a user story.
As a lando user who works with both redis and mysql, I want the option to destroy all data associated with the redis or the mysql database without affecting the other.

Please provide some detail on how lando can help solve this problem
Allow lando destroy --service=redis or similar

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I am constantly finding myself having to stop lando and use docker volume rm to remove the specific volumes.

I'd also love to also see that extended to lando stop to help troubleshooting some real world issues ("Oh noes, Redis is down again")
