MLIR tutorial

The project documentation should include a short tutorial on how to use MLIR and the bindings, with selected references for further reading, without involving Sierra, to ease onboarding. The focus should be on what information is necessary to understand cairo_native's use of MLIR.
Once someone has a general notion of how MLIR works, they can then move on to understanding cairo_native's internals.
