Review licensing

Current LICENSE is Apache-2 abbreviated. We should:

1. use full Apache 2 text in LICENSE, or
2. use CC0/public domain, or
3. ???

We discussed this recently with Derek and Hywel and the conclusion was to use Apache 2.0 here.

CC0 is to be used for template projects only.

Thanks @TimMoore, I think your comment points out that we must follow "1. use full Apache 2 text in LICENSE" then.

The current LICENSE file in this repo is the abbreviated Apache 2.

OK I'm not sure about that. We should use whatever is in the main Lagom project. I guess that means the full license text, plus add the copyright notice to the README and all source files?

I'd say this is between lagom/lagom and lagom/online-auction actually. Former uses full text and copyright headers, later uses abbreviated license and no headers.

I guess we're fine for the time being.
