In dependency API for SLA if possible send the exact text showing in the web, now we are getting as sla 1 ,sla 2 and sla 3
but in web it is showing as no of hours,so it will be better if the same text is passing in dependency API.
In ticket API ticket title, help topic related fields(help topic id and name),ticket title ,priority color these fields are missing and also agent name.
In inbox ,close,my tickets,unassigned and trash agent name is not there.

About 3 point we are deprecating all these APIs in v2 so we should not add or update anything in them for time being.

5.User won't be able to log in to the app.
6.If the user credentials have been changed then proper error message has to show like pro.
Apart from these normal UI testing required.
Normal inbox my tickets closed trash tickets and unassigned tickets has to show.
Tickets count has to be updated in the side drawer.

I downloaded app from play store and tested all above things working fine.
Enhancement:- On ticket reply page please change subject to reply content.
Enhancement:- on client list when I open phone icon is showing black.

Hi Manish V. here i am just mentioning the two things that will be required to make the release for the community app with the same UI as help desk pro.So i have already converted the whole app UI. Will be waiting for your update.
1.In (Inbox,My Tickets,Closed,Trash and unassigned) API need to pass the assignee name and the source of the ticket.
If you make these two changes then i will be able to make release for the community app as soon as you make a release for community version of the web.
