How to integrate stories into atlas

I'm in the process of populating the "TB Granulomas" atlas. I have two stories presented by Drs. Han Xu and Juliann Tefft as a part of a pull request againstcycif.org, but I'm not exactly sure how to incorporate those stories into this repository. I'll create a PR here with the changes that I have been able to figure out so far.

I’ve written documentation for what I’ve done so far:

• how to finish writing a Story
• how to render the images in a story
• how to upload the story to GitHub (for someone who doesn’t use the git command line)

In that last section, I have a basic introduction to updating the data-card for tissue-atlas.org. I've completed that part of my pull request against this repository, but I'd appreciate a bit of guidance on how to add this new story to the "TB Granulomas" atlas, or how to display that atlas on the website.
