Accept more characters in TLE search field

I'm only able to type capital letters into the TLE search field in flyby. It would be helpful to type other characters like space and hyphen to further filter. It would also be helpful to accept lowercase input (and maybe automatically uppercase them?).

Thanks for the feedback! I've enabled support for more characters in 5c74920. I'll also change the keyboard shortcuts so lower case characters and space can be accepted, and use this as a chance to rehaul the TLE selector a bit.
