Añadir un botón en el listado de items para crear uno nuevo.

Nos debe de llevar a un formulario (En un pop up o en una pantalla nueva) para rellenar con el nombre y el tipo de alérgeno.

Hay que llamar al backend (un POST a /items) para crear el item. En el body debería de ir elunJSON con los campos rellenados en el formulario.
