We're hitting rate limits when doing e2e tests pulling images from Docker Hub. This causes tests to fail and take significantly longer in running when doing so. We should mirror any images we need into the Kyverno org here in GHCR so we remove this failure point.

How can we collect a full list of images?

Probably start by collecting the value of the image: field for all YAML files in directories named .kyverno-test and .chainsaw-test.
