Сейчас в ридми гайд подразумевает, что нужно пересобрать проект. Это не очень классно. Было бы неплохо реализовать консольный тулинг, чтобы я мог с консоли сделать:

assignment-reporter --source directory-with-lab/ --type markdown --whitelist list-of-file.txt
