Is there a way to update the index buffer (the list of namespaces and pages in the directory tree on the left)? If I have opened a page and another user updates the wiki, there doesn't appear to be a way for me to update the index buffer so I can see a newly added page or to remove an entry for a deleted page or namespace. I tried running :DWcd, since that seemed like the "obvious" way to try and refresh the index buffer but that just brought be back to the root of the wiki. The workaround I have been using, for now, is to exit vim and then open the wiki back up. That works, but I believe there should be a way to update the buffer without having to leave vim.
