Feature request: Syncing to multiple menus

First of all: Many thanks for a fantastic plugin.

I wish it had been possible to sync to multiple menus (e.g. header menu and footer menu) and for each menu specify whether a page should be hidden or not.

Suppose we have the following pages

• Start
• Solutions
• Services
• About
• Privacy Policy

If I want to show only Solutions, Services and About in the header menu, but show all in the footer menu, I specify that Start and Privacy Policy are hidden for the header menu but not for the footer menu.

Well that would be nice yes.
Along with the fact to also be able to tell each menu which is the parent page in order to obtain menus from the hierarchy but limited to a specific top most parent page.
