跳行不能用，无论是直接输入行号还是点击搜索结果都不能正确跳到关注的行
对split view支持不好，我会一遍看书，一边对照相关源码，ipad提供的split view非常适合做这件事，但是codenavigator在split view中缩小后面板的布局会不正常。
