Test this and it worked so we backleveled:

        "google/apiclient-services": "v0.156",
        "google/apiclient": "v2.9.1",
        "google/auth": "v1.15.0",

We can't advence these dependencies without extensive testing and likey code changes.  Note
that even small version increments introduce breaking changes.  But "Hey Google" :)

Master 3-Aug-2021 - phpseclib3 problems

"phpseclib/phpseclib" : ">=2.0.31 <3.0.0",

If this goes up to 3.x the package names change to phpseclib3
It breaks LTI Advantage badly.

An upgrade to 3.0 would require a bunch of code change and extensive testing.
