What happened?

Seen via the GUI, which reported an error because networking.address was empty is required in order to understand Envoy stats for the specific outbound. Once we refreshed the page the value networking.address was once again filled, so feels like the backend temporarily didn't know what the address was at the point that it sent the HTTP response.

Please anyone add better info here, or feel free to ask questions.

Probably needs a needs-reproducing but I can't add labels myself
