Describe the bug
The maximum value of the slider conflicts with the input value. The maximum value in the slider is 2048, but the input value can be any value greater than 0.
For UI issues please also add a screenshot that shows the issue.

Versions used(KubeSphere/Kubernetes)
KubeSphere: 3.4.0
