"TypeError: getNotificationsInfo is not a function" without research-extensions module #17

I get the following error after logging into the 1603 release:

2016-04-14T20:24:33.542Z ERROR host=localhost, path=/api/coi/config, method=GET, userName=admin - TypeError: getNotificationsInfo is not a function

Looks like some pieces of the notifications functionality under development are not being properly excluded from non-GRM code paths here.

Hi Jeff - We have a fix for this that will be included in the release at the end of the month.
