Ankit_ads_covid-19 -- Setup and Execution instructions

1. Setup

--> Set up the project (preferably in a virtual env or conda env with py3.8.5) by running requirements_ankit.txt

2. After the setup is done, go to notebooks folder and execute Task_1 and Task_2 notebooks respectively.
