Save on shift

It would be great to have an option or additional shift shortcuts to have the file always saved right after the value is shifted.

At the moment one can't see the effect in browser, while their fingers are over shift shortcut buttons. So, for example, HTML-element cannot be easily placed to match pixel-perfect guide image, because there's no realtime feedback.
